Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney’s business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Lead in the day-to-day tasks for Planning & Account Management.
  • Help project manage and collaborate closely with Investment, Audience & Insights, Offline and Digital teams to plan and activate campaigns both in the UK and across EMEA.
  • Supervise and direct the team pulling together competitive analysis and reporting, using data to fuel insights and recommendations for the client.
  • Manage the team in using research tools to help support strategic campaign responses across EMEA.
  • Work with your Manager, Senior Exec, and Execs, taking client briefs, creating, and reviewing plans, and presenting back to clients.

Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects, including Media Guidelines, Monthly Reports, Demand reports, and any ad-hoc requests.

  • Be an excellent storyteller; shape strong responses and confidently present to key Disney stakeholders
  • Participate actively in helping build the Publicis Imagine team and culture, contribute to the agency via broader Publicis Media participation – present in planners meetings, sharing knowledge, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a media agency, either in a local market planning role or regional / EMEA roles.
  • Strong UK cross-channel media planning background with a focus on AV, TV, and digital
  • Collaborative mindset and approach.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
  • Confident presenting to both internal staff & clients
  • Have a strong opinion, bring new ideas to the table, and make an impact on our business
  • Strong media planning skills required
  • Excellent 360 communication skills; a clear communicator who can build strong internal and external relationships
  • Critical thinker: someone who is not afraid to challenge assumptions
  • Excellent storyteller; shapes strong data-driven responses
  • Confident presenter; able to clearly and concisely present responses to key Disney stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills required
  • An effective line manager who can nurture and develop the team
